The Department of the Navy requested amendment of a restricted area located within NWSSB, in the City of Seal Beach, Orange County, California (33.7334 Latitude/- 118.0953 Longitude). NWSSB is the primary West Coast installation for the supply of munitions to U.S. Navy vessels.
