### Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Model H160-B helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of the inability to operate the jettisoning function of a window due to a blocked jettisoning mechanism. This proposed AD would require removing the jettisonable windows, cleaning the ropes of the jettisonable windows, and performing an operational test of the windows jettison systems. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

### Advance Traveler Information for Rail

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is proposing to require rail carriers to transmit advance electronic traveler information to CBP for any individual (crew and passengers) who is arriving in or departing from the United States on board a train. The rail carrier also would be required to transmit an advance notice of arrival or departure, as applicable, for the train. This rule would enhance security while facilitating legitimate international travel on board trains.

This rulemaking implements gear marking requirements and entanglement risk reduction measures for portions of the Pacific coast groundfish fishery. This rulemaking consists of mandatory requirements and voluntary measures. These new requirements and voluntary measures are established pursuant to the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act). The intent of the gear marking requirements is to increase the likelihood of attributing entanglements to a specific fishery and gear type. The intent of the risk reduction measures is to reduce bycatch by decreasing the likelihood of marine animal entanglements with fishing line.

### Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone off Alaska; Reallocation of Pacific Cod in the Western Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska

NMFS is reallocating the projected unused amounts of Pacific cod from catcher vessels using trawl gear and catcher/processors using trawl gear to catcher vessels using hook-and-line gear and vessels using pot gear in the Western Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to allow the 2026 total allowable catch (TAC) of Pacific cod to be harvested in the Western Regulatory Area of the GOA.

### Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG Engines

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (RRD) Model RB211 Trent 768-60, 772-60, and 772B-60 engines. This AD was prompted by a report that a batch of low-pressure compressor (LPC) blades were exposed to a non- conforming repair and are more prone to cracking due to a deviation from the approved blade configuration design. This AD requires removal from service of the affected LPC blades and replacement with a serviceable part. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
